Alex had a good week. She was hoping to see some lower numbers on the board, but that's okay. She is doing great and pushed very hard this last week. Men loose weight and inches faster, so she can't compare herself to Nick. This week she will push herself again, let's hope for some low numbers next week!! Great job!
