Nick and Alex are in the early 30's, and believe staying fit and healthy is very important. Although their actions lately (eating junk food) speak a lot louder than their words. (Maybe always having food in their mouths, makes it hard to hear their words) That was mean... Moving on.
It all started back in July of 2011. Nick and Alex were very happy with their health, weight, eating habits and their motivation. They got married in July, so the months before were some of their healthiest months yet. They couldn't wait to go on their honeymoon and EAT! All they wanted to do was relax, sleep, spend quality time together, and enjoy delicious food without worrying if they gained a pound or two (or 15)! And that they did, they slept, spent quality time together, enjoyed some delicious heavy meals, and of course would never think of skipping desert after their meal. They had the
Almost eight months (and 15lbs) later, Nick and Alex feel like they have lost all self control. Their two week honeymoon turned into an eight month honey(lazy)moon. Nick and Alex eat whatever they want, whenever they want.
Today, February 26,2012, Alex and Nick are ready to take control of their lives again. It's not that they think they are overweight, or need to loose a ton of weight, they just miss feeling healthy, and having a somewhat toned body. They are both extremely sick of feeling sluggish, feeling tired, weak, their clothes fitting tighter, and craving sugar!! Sick of it! They are ready to leave this honeymoon life behind, today, right now, this instant!
